The spirit behind the church growth of Banilad Alliance Church is its Discipleship Ministry.

This ministry is headed by Bro. Jim Colmenares. We use the discipleship material called "Discipling Another To Love Jesus," or DA2LJ for short. We merely use the material. We no longer are connected with the distribution of this material beyond our church.
